If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 15 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>                -Returns must be made in person at one of our retail locations, or by mail at the customer&#8217;s expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>                -Products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all original packaging and accessories intact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>                -Returns of consumable items such as CBD edibles or capsules are not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service team with a description of the problem and your order number immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement or refund at support@thc-botanicals.com. Pictures of damage may be requested to verify exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping charges, within 7-10 business days. If you are requesting an exchange, we will send the replacement product to you at our expense, subject to product availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that our return policy only applies to products purchased directly from T.H.C. Botanicals.
