Refund and Returns Policy

At Texas Hill Country Botanicals, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 15 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

-Returns must be made in person at one of our retail locations, or by mail at the customer’s expense.

-Products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all original packaging and accessories intact.

-Returns of consumable items such as CBD edibles or capsules are not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.

If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service team with a description of the problem and your order number immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement or refund at support@thc-botanicals.com. Pictures of damage may be requested to verify exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping charges, within 7-10 business days. If you are requesting an exchange, we will send the replacement product to you at our expense, subject to product availability.

Please note that our return policy only applies to products purchased directly from T.H.C. Botanicals. If you have purchased a CBD product from another retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy.
